colors

i was told that cannabis responds to certain spectrums of light to grow better, does anyone know what spectrum that is or colors i should use,?

Blue spectrum ( MH lamp) for veg and Red spectrum (HPS lamp) for flowering. Here's a chart for ya! Good luck!!! :thumbsup:
