BukDat did a little research and seem's your best bet would be to go to the place called Lowes thats in the state's .They seem to have a much greater selection of dirt. As for the N-P-K for soil.I got no clue .I look at what is all in the dirt .For example the dirt i buy i look for Canadian sphagnum peat moss, perlite, vermiculite, charcoal. But wait for someone who actually look's at the N-P-K In soil
anyone else?????
Go for a soil with more N than P or K..eg 20-10 10 or 5-3-2 etc..for veg......and a higher P to N and K ratio for flowering......pH should be near to 7 or a tad lower 7.2-6.2 get one which has a mix of compost and large particles for drainage[wood chippings or perlite etc]
