I found a bottle of liquid hydrocodone a few days ago, and had probably more than I should have for two days in a row. :) I'm a little worried about the acetaminophen that's mixed in, so I didn't have any today. How long does acetaminophen stay in your system? Would it be completely gone after 24 hours?

Give that you take tylenol every four hours, it probably leaves the body quickly, otherwise it would build to toxic levels over a course of several days. I dought it is comepletely gone in 24 hours, few things are. These are only semi-educated guesses.
umm liquid hydrocodone doesn't have tylenol in it think otherwise it would be in pill form
