Switching lights to 12/12

I am going to swtich the lights to 12/12 today. I measured plant its a little over one foot.
keep fingers crossed for me:) I just need to find a good timer today .

ok, i am confused now, Ive read some people go 18/6 first, and others straight to 12/12, how do you know which is the best :?????

18/6 is just to ease them, so they ownt get to stressed! But I see NO reason why not to go directly into 12/12..!:)

some people drop the lights by an hour a day till they reach 12/12 to smooth the transition... i always go straight to 12/12 and dont have any problems :)

Can't remember where I read it but it did suggest a gradual cut back on the lights to prevent stress. Good Luck!! :thumbsup:

See your lookin' for a timer too. Add up all your amperage and add another 15% onto that for good measure. Good luck on the grow!!
