First offense, what will happen?
Got pulled over and cop found my bowl.
First off, I was charged with poss. of marijuana, not paraphanalia.
WHATS UP WITH THAT???
I am not a minor and this is my first EVER contact with the law. No tickets, nothing. The cop said it is a misdemeanor. I go to court in Feb.
Does anyone know what will happen as far as fines, drug testing, classes, ect.?
If it helps, I live in Chesterfield.
Even though I have a little less than 2 months till court, I am still paranoid about what will happen.
Anyones input is appreciated.
First offense, what will happen?
ASAP (drug testing, counseling basically), unsupervised probation usually. The results for the lab test takes a long time, and with the right lawyer, you could get them dropped.
Good luck.
First offense, what will happen?
10 weeks of classes. But that was after I had a DUI charge.
edit: first offense is like a $250 fine.
someone had a link on a different thread.

1st offense in Chesterfield, depends on the judge you get. Most will just give you a fine and a "talk"....charge you court costs, and tell you they dont want to see your ass again in their court room . lol,....been there Catz...dont sweat it too much friend.

Alright, didn't feel like starting a new thread.
But this is my first offense, possesion of 15 grams (it was a half, they fucking weighed it in the bag, assholes)...and I'm going to court wednesday. I'm assuming that I'll be drug tested, and I wanted to smoke a few bowls tonight.
I've smoked a bowl on a Friday and been tested at rehab (where they send the samples to Cali to be tested) on a Monday and passed with flying colors. I figure they'll use the same sort of test at court, but I wasn't sure. Anyone know?
I'm in Illinois, goin to Mchenry county juvenile court (arrested as a juvenile)
