Mods I need some assistance only you can provide

I would like to know if the following IP's match. I notice alot of activity and some of the following I know to be scams.

Lipscout
MarsVoltaEP and
Yield of Dreams

I suspect all 3 are 1 and the same it would be excellent if you could assist in this matter as I believe they are scamming as alot of paid orders still havent been delivered.

libscout and marvoltaep are using the same contact email info and libscout has vouched for Y-O-D so this is what draws my conclusions.
Any steps taken against scammers are steps in the right direction. "HTS"
