I like steamrollers alot, although they make me cough like a motherfucker... It's like the same amount of smoke you get from a bong, except no water filtration, which burns my throat to the max. The only time I've ever puked from smoking is after a massive steamroller rip, after which I coughed so hard, my lunch came up. It would have sucked, but I was high as fuck...

Around here I can't find any large worked steamrollers like the one you got. They seem to all be plain glass tubes, or this one headshop I know of sells heady steamrollers, but they're not as fat as the one you got, so it's more of a large pipe with a big shotgun, if that makes any sense.

And if your eyes just don't work that well... it's basically a glass tube, open at both ends, with a bowl on one side. One end you put your hand over, and take it off at the end of the hit to clear the chamber, like a carb on a normal pipe.

the steamroller was blown by my friend, Im pretty sure most of the steamrollers sold at headshops are definatly smaller and thinner glass. got it for only 5g's worth of nugs.

Here's a steamroller I picked up at a place called Karmic Connections in Baltimore, MD. It's about 9 months old now, and these pics were just before I cleaned it. I'm a bit hazy on the price because it was so long ago, but it wasn't anymore than 60 bucks, and it rips like a mother. My favorite part about it is that it's got a finger carb, you can see it in the last picture, so it's a lot less akward to hold because you can cup it in your hand and just let your finger on and off the carb.

Heheh, I was reading your thread right before this one Spunky, making wrapping-paper-tube pieces definately flashed me back to when I first started smoking, but that cardboard tubing gets so hella rank that it's disgusting after just a little while. Ane besides, these days I smoke out of glass, glass, and only glass. Except of course the joints and blizzunts. What I'd give to have even half of the five gram, triple chocolate philly blunt we rolled last night left. :whine:

Biggest hit I got was off a steamroller... or was it a G-bong... oh well whatever it was it was so fat it looked like a brownish yellow liquid in the thing and when I spit after the hit it was green for like 6 spits... I was soooo high... coughed for like 30 minutes tho

Awesome tube hashboss, but doesn't the whole carb on the end make the glass on glass a little pointless? i mean, it's not like you clear it by pulling the bowl, and GonG is all about that seal. There's no place for air to leak if there's no slide to pull. Still, that's just a nice little piece of hotness you've got there.
