You don't have to spend money. Just get yourself out there. Get around more girls, wherever they hang out, go to a bar and milk your drink there's gonna be a girl who either doesn't care about material wealth or just wants to fuck someone. Or a drunk girl.

Hit on every single girl that works behind a counter, even if you're not interested. You'll get a number. Grocery stores always have girls. If you don't feel like you dress appropriately to hit on girls, in public or not, then try getting to know a local girl over the internet and then meeting. Well, the helpful brain molecules of mine just fell into my coffee, but I wish I could sit here and talk about girls all day.

An older friend of mine told me how him and his buddy would play a game to see how many phone numbers they could get off of girls working at places.

the reason for the neccessity of a car and job and whatnot:
if i work, and have a car, and can support myself, i expect a guy that i'm with to do the same. i've been through the whole "boyfriend doesn't have a car" and i was the one who got stuck driving him to work, picking him up, taking him here and there and it was stupid. i'm not materialistic, but then again, i don't wanna pay every single time i go out with my SO. i don't mind going dutch, but i'm not gonna pay your way all the time. basically, if a guy can't support himself, girls usually get the red flag and move on to worthier men.
