Alrite everyone, I'm gonna be making some absinthe quite soon, I was just wondering whats the highest proof alcohol availible in the UK? also for those of you interested in making your own absinthe here is a step-by-step guide http://www.newspeakdictionary.com/pf-absinthe.html

Erm... 40% Whisky/Vodka/Gin. I think you can get some Tequila's at about 50%
Go to Mexico, my dad bought 2 bottles of 75ml, 40% Tequila for the equivalent of 50p each :D
Don't they sell "everclear" in the UK? They do here in Canada anyways. It's about 90% proof.
To make this homeade booze you need the absinthe leaf and stalk eh? Curious where you would aquire something like that...
I wouldn't make homeade booze man, especially hard. Do tons of reasearch first or you'll end up blowing yourself up, or going blind. Good luck. :rasta:
na you use things like Wormwood, Hyssop, Calamus Root, Fennel Seed which can easily be obtained from ebay or suchlike
