Well, in Internet Explorer, it isn't centered. For me anyway.

On the page with all the links, I'd turn it into two frames - one for jumping page to page, and one with "News" about the site construction and/or the forums. It just looks a little plain.

Looks alright in Apple Safari. Not centered though.
