Does anyone know the best way to get/make/buy Nitrous Oxide which is safe for inhaling?
I was hoping there is a way to get medical grade Nitrous Oxide. There is Nitrous Oxide in pressurised cream as a propellant, but its pretty hard to get the Nitrous Oxide out without the cream.
Any ideas on how I can obtain some good Nitrous Oxide?
Tanks of medical grade nitrous are very hard to come buy and probably expensive.
The next best thing are whippits, which are little cartriges filled with N2O used for whipped cream dispensers. These are available in specialty cooking stores as well as over the internet.

Oh yeah, you're going to need a cracker and some balloons or a whipped cream canister (probably also sold on those websites) to inhale the gas. Do not inhale directly from the cracker as there is a risk of frost bite from the gas escaping.
when i used to run n2o in my car i would take my tank to a local gas bottle company which is a block from my house they always filled it for me
Yeah but Nitrous Oxide that is used in cars is full of chemical nasties such as Hydrogen Sulfide (which is highly toxic to lungs).
