one plant turning back to veg dont know why

ok now i have another problem. the plants are looking better but the sativa one looks like its going back to veg. the indica buds are fattining up. i noticed today that on the part of the timer that you set to the time of the day was changed. it was 130 pm but the time on the timer was 530.the dial moves really easy so it got moved somehow my lights are on from 6am to 6pm.ill show some before and now you can see the diff. can anyone please tell me what the hell is going on here. thanks a million <SKIPPI>

ok i did move the lights on the sativa so they are not right on top kinda on the sides mostly but the top still gets light. i did this to get the light to penatrate the lower bud sites. the indica the lights are mostly on top ill show a pict of today also. iam investing in a 250 or 400 hps for my next grow and mabye keep a couple of compact floros for the underside, or not. im going to top a couple of times and have a sea of green. should i move the lights back above the tops? i know i let them veg to long was not expecting them to get this big i have never grown sativa either.im babbleling heres the indica with the lights on top and a 4ft t8 on the side. any suggestions please thanks <SKIPPI>
