Something weird why would I black out?

Okay so last night I was having a few beers and smokin a spliff and all of a sudden my vision got super blurry and my brain kicked into backup emergency mode. Everything got dark and fuzzy and it was really hard to move I felt really sick like i was gonna bacl out. This is the first time it has ever happened too but I managed to stumble and crawl my way to my room and i just lay down for 5 min and I was better for the rest of the night. I wonder if it was exaustion (I'd been working for about 48 hours straight). But the only other thing that was any diff than usual is that i had my door closed and window closed in the room im in, also i accidentally spilled beer on my spliff and just waited for it to dry and then smoked it anyways. Any ideas on what happpened? :confused:

dude i was at a party the other night and this dude i dont know was fucking passing out every 5 minutes and like spzzing out.

It Was definatly a combo of booze and weed, So i guess you suffered from the same insania. Its strange id never seen anything like it before. We were Lucky it was just another field party we were in a house... as i said.. crazy shit!
