well..it's not going to be as bad as alcohol or even having a poor diet. Keep your body healthy and dodge stress.
my friends who experienced prenatal exposure to cannabis seem fine to me.
medical reports may contradict the idea that cannabis could improve the developing fetus. but how many doctors are biased against it?
THC is a natural componet of breast milk.
I say, toke up with moderation. :stoned:
i say keep it clean till u hav the lil dweeb then smoke and get knocked the fuk out!!!!!!!
sounds good to me^, but what do i know
ive actually encountered this situation before, i dated this preganant girl(which at the time i thought it was mine), i do believe she smoked 5-6 times during, not sure. she did smoke cigs everyday not alot but prob 5 or more, she even drank a lil like a beer or two now and then. all in all in the end baby Kadance (my name i picked) turned out fine 19 inches 9 lbs 2 ozs and not mine.
hope that helps some
i say wait also..then blaze up
My wifes doctor actually suggested she samoke a little weed to help her appitite, she was super skinny though, 80 lbs! My opinion is moderation. Just don't get BLOWN AWAY when u smoke. Just a little for some relaxation.
Blue Bunny, Don't worry about smoking pot. I did it almost daily through both of my pregnancies and my boys are fine (now 26 & 30 years old). Some suggestions. First take 400 units of vitamin E each day. I don't know if they still do it, but the US Navy used to require that all their submariners take that does to protect them from low oxygen levels. It also makes your skin more flexible. I didn't have an episiotomy for either birth and (1st pregnancy) I was the only gal up and walking within an hour of giving birth (2nd time was even easier). Second, take a deep breath or 2 between hits. Third, moderation. And remember, there are such things as pot brownies--check out the cooking section on various pot boards! If you eat it, there's no smoke. Watch your diet, exercise, avoid caffine, tobacco and alcohol-- these are more important that whether you have a little herb now and then. And you may not want to smoke during delivery--I found it slowed contractions and thus prolonged the labor. It did help with the pain and kept me more mellow during it all, so I'd call it a bit of a trade-off. Where I found it to be the most help was those last couple of weeks of the pregnancy. Those weeks are long, you feel bruised on the inside, clumsy, and you get cranky. Pot made my husband's life more bearable during that time by mellowing me out a bit. Take care of yourself, Blue Bunny. You are about to hit some of the toughest and the best times of your life.
