it doesn't matter, they could broadcast on tv their plans and carry them out, and people would still just sit there and drool on themselves...
they got their convenient 'new pearl harbor type event' to paraphrase...

it certainly is a lot easier to just deny it all and pretend it doesn't exist...and point the finger at people halfway around the world who do the same thing...isn't it?
we've got to use weapons of mass destruction so other countries won't! doublethink is alive and well. george orwell knew what he was talking about in his non-fiction book, didn't he?

If you liked reading the PNAC you should also read the BCCI affair
the Arab-owned international bank which turned out to be a massive criminal enterprise that enabled terrorists, including Osama bin Laden, to finance their activities--until it was shut down
funny we don't hear anything about it.....

I think what people have failed to realize is that there are victories and failures on both sides of any idealogical conflict. For the record I'm against Bush and voted for Kerry, but who's to say he wouldn't have screwed things up even worse.
Instead of fighting each other we need to move toward discussions that can make real progress in resolving differences and coming to mutual understandings.
And I'm not just talking about the people here on these message boards.
