Herbal Smoke

Hey hows it oing im pretty new here. Im an avid smoker of the "good" stuff but am looking to go legit but i dont want to stop smoking :confused: and i was thinking about looking into the the herbal smokes and was wondering if ne 1 knew the effect the have on ur body/brain if ne (ie... is the same effect as the "good" stuff), and whether its worth giving a try or not.

you mean tho legal buds?? if thats the case man stay away from them they r pethetic nothing like the real stuff.....
