Few Days In.. Questions.

First of all, we are about 4 days into our garden. We have 5 going in a resevoir system with the ring that has the holes in it which circulate water through the peat. So anyway, we have the 5 peat containers just around a ring with small holes in the ring so they are constantly getting water. is this good for them or should i slow it down and only do it so much? What do you think?

Also, what kind of light patterns should I use with a 360w HPS lamp. Like by weeks, 18 hours the first 3? or whatever. I am doing indoor growing with white widow seeds.. so I guess just try to give me a heads up on the schedule?
