Innocent until Proven guilty?

Marijuana never got the treatment it deserved from the government. We, as citizens are always innocent until proven guilty. The MAN does not give the same treatment to a plant that around 1/2 of the population ADMITS to have used. Marijuana has never been proven dangerous in a valid study, and the MAN won't let new tests be certified and conducted.
