Have you explored mail order?It's been working for me since I moved to a new city a couple of years ago.Gotta do your homework first or you're likely to get scammed,but there are planty of legit mail order providers out there.From canada holland and even stateside.I found a good dutch connect so I have no onhand experience with the other providers out there but I know there are plenty.
