topcropseeds.com???

Ive had a look on the website topcropseeds.com and purchased some seeds from them, well it has been 3 weeks and ive still have not recieved them.Has anyone else ordered seeds from ths site? also noticed they use PayPal for transactions.dont know if thats a bad thing as well.Could be a eason as to why i have not recieved them, I've emailed the site about my problem and im stil waiting to hear about it. :mad:

Go to paypal now and make a dispute. If they don't get up with about the beans paypal will get your money back. I use paypal alot for this reason.
