Having a specific place in this site where all the funniest quotes are gathered

Well the title says it. would be fun to have this. (not in the forums where anybody post anything most of the time not related to funny quotes). just a link in this site that lead to the hall of fame of the quotes.

everyone could post the funniest quotes they find and mods or anybody could decide which ones would go into that specific place
