A WeedHead at NEED

I was outside rolling a blunt and decided to plant the seeds. A few weeks later i saw a steam :) and 3 months later I have a 4'ft tall weed plant in my backyard :D . O.K. Now i'm a serious grower.
I need to know:
Is it time to be picked? If not, when?

I read stuff about hemp and weed, who can tell me if this is a hemp plant or a weed plant or will this hemp plant turn into a real weed plant?

Whatever you can tell this sweet weedhead in need of advice, please do so. I am new. Here's a pic for you, tell me what you think

dunno i would bring it inside in a place that stays dark all day for a little while and see if it starts flowering.thats all i know.Looks like a male to me.

Can you tell me how would I know when it is flowering? What do it look like?

put it under a 12/12 light cycle an see if it budz. i dun think u wanna pick that jus yet cause u got no smokeables on it. at least i couldnt see any from the picture. also im not sure on this one but i think the differance between a hemp plant an a good ole pot plant is how its grown.

jsutr leave it outsiede till october 17th , then pick it
