Iconic Stoners
I'm interested to find out who you guys regard as the greatest icon in cannabis culture. I'm not talking about a pro weed campaigner; by icon, I mean an iconic person (living or dead) who most sums up the essence of getting high.
I think:
Bill Hicks, Hunter S. Thompson, Timothy Leary, Cheech Marin, Tommy Chong, Keith Richards, Jimi Hendrix, Allen Ginsberg.........thats all i can think of right now
Also, who is the funniest stoner in the movies (apart from Cheech and Chong)?
i like these...
Sean Penn (Fast Times at Ridgemont High)
Matthew McConaughey (Dazed and Confused)
Rory Cochrane (Dazed and Confused)
Ralph Brown (Withnail & I)
The entire cast of Reefer Madness
All cliched but still funny, cant think of any more at this moment. What do you guys think.............

I'm starting to like "That 70's Show" for the third time. Everyone on that show is pretty funny.
My Award for All-Time Space Cadet is Andy Kaufmann.

I agree with a lot of dangermouse's choice, particularly Bill Hicks. This is my favourite Hicks quote:
-"Oh come on, Bill, they're the New Kids, don't pick on them, they're so good and they're so clean cut and they're such a good image for the children.' Fuck that. When did mediocrity and banality become a good image for your children? I want my children to listen to people who fucking rocked. I don't care if they died in puddles of their own vomit. I want someone who plays from his fucking heart."
As well I'd have to say Maynard James Keenan and Bob Marley.

Yeah I would have to say a good handful of the Suburban Noize family are revolutionary in releasing the message of freedom.
