crap... help plz

I just bought a bong (newb) and my friend said from my description of it its more of a huka.

It doesn't have a huka thing up top though, i keep telling him. Here's the design:

K its large at the bottom and spirals towards the top, it has two hoses that stick out if it (for 2 people to hit it at the same time). The displaceable bowl (male/female part) is at the top, not the side. It has a tube coming under it to a certain point, lower than where the two hoses are at. I'll try this:

------ ----------- represent the hoses. The tube coming from the top ends above the bottom of the bong/huka but well below where the hoses hook into.

Help. did i get screwed over?

not, by aesthetic standards, would you call that a bong. a waterpipe, yes. a hookah/huka? yes.

bong is just a slang term that represents a water pipe with a tube connected to a chamber with a stem/slider/diffuser. the tube end, or top, being the part where your lips meet.

well its a hooka and it depends on wether you like it or not but if you wanted a bong then you got screwed

The big silver thing at the top is the bowl and it will rip just fine.... hookahs can be some of the best rips

just remember to plug the other hose if you're hitting it by yourself!
