Please help me

OMG im pissed, its my first time growing, i tried to make a little sophisticated setup, but i knew the temps were getting a little too high in my box. I have 6 CFLS, they are 14 watts each and together make about 5500 lumens....I had them about 3 inches from my 2 plants that were starting to grow, on was about an inch and looking healthy the other was ditching the seed shell with its initial set of leaves, i came home today to notice that the healthy taller ones stem had shrunk to the size of like a needle, it made me pretty sad, and the other one wasnt looking to healthy either. I figure they probably wont make it, i watered them bakc up but now i am scared the stress from near death might make them both males... ANY SUGGESTIONS WOULD BE GREATLY APPRECIATED, and i started them thurs germinating...so its been like 4 days. here are a few pics of the plants now and the setup...tell me what im doing wrong. I was pissed because i got the fans that iw as gonna use but it was too late....sorry no pics of plants, camera couldnt focus but there are my lights.

i always applaude any one who is willing to take the time and do it wright to get the right results but the point of the matter is that if your doing it for experment thats great might teach you a few things and gain a bit of experience but if you are expecting great results you need to go to greater measures......im not saying you cant do it with crappy lights cuz i know you can....but your gonna need a bit more than that....ive about 6 compacts i barely use but they are around 3000 lumens apeace....my advise is that if you want to make the project more rewarding you need more light....not to make you feel as if you dont know what your doing...but maybe you can try getting a copy of a cannabis bible of some sort,they are awesome guides to a successful garden.....;-) ...peace and good luck to you my friend
