If a person cannot paint the room they will be using for growing how about white sheeets?
Sorry if this is a stupid question
ive seen it done...not the most efficient way to go.....and certainly a fire hazard....but it works (although i still dont recommend it). also a heavy duty white shower curtain creates a nice barrier. gl
sheets will only absorb a large amount of light... try stopping by yuor local art supplies store. they have lots of different color mylar for art projects etc. I reccomend either white or metalized mylar.. metalized mylar reflects 13 or so more precent of light then flat white paint
yeah, what rasta said...
if you are going to go through the effort to hang somethig, use somethingother than sheets..
hey star, there are no stupid questions.. : )
Thank you and thank you for the kind words..
I have been using cotton sheets from Goodwill as a reflective surface for years. You can even put a layer of flat white paint to make a brighter surface.Theres no problem with heat.I hang each sheet( 2-3) over rods.I then tuck the sheets in at the bottom and pin them together on the sides.I blow the fan in one side and the sheets balloon to make a highly refective bubble around the plants. You can see the reflected light on the shade side of the buds.-usdi Agaluga
