Rule book schools seem to be following from my obsevations
1 Implement passbooks thes makes your students feel safe and they won't mind having to take five minutes to write out a pass every time they need to go somewhere.Be sure to make not having their pass book a dentionable offense students love Nazi tactics when its for there safty. Also make sure not to give them very many students don't like being able to leave class every one in awhile.
2 Put cameras everywhere, again to make te student feel safe and relaxed becuase they know that you are watching them. Also this lets the students know just how much you trust them.
3 Implement Saterday detention it will let the student know just how much his free time is valued. Also inform your teachers to be heavy handed with the dententions,it will make the student respect you more.
4 If a student is failing make sure to exclude him from his peers at lunch. The extra stress will help him get his homework done.
5 Implement a strict dress code this will allow your students to conform more easily. Students hate free expression
6 Make sure not to let your students leave the campus during lunch. They don't like having a choice about what they eat.Students like sitting in a cramped noisey lunch room becuase they never want to be with out supervision.Be sure to feed them greesy reproccesed food they like it.
Now that you know how to make your students feel happy and safe I leave you with these parting thoughts. Remember students have no inherent responsibility and they like having a rule for everything. Also if it isn't broken fix it till it is.

These kind of rules and set ups are not made by evil people but are recommended. The biggest problem I notice with schools like this is the effects it has on kids they become clique'ee,stuck up, and bigoted. I talk to kids from these schools cuase i used to go to one. These types of schools do not encourage creativness or dissedence which is a very evil thing and it makes me worry about what kind of adults these kids will grow into.
