OK One more San Pedro question.

I ve a;ready read the FAQ above and I'm a bit confused.. I just bought some Dried San Pedro at my local Headshop :dance: :clap: :glugglug: Its about 20grms. I read on www.peyote.com that you could just eat it out of hand. IS THIS TRUE???? also is there a good site for this shit where it's expained very very simply?
