both yal are stupid, although i think the (atleast i'd like to HOPE) 2nd statment was a joke.....just cause a condom don't break don't mean it had a hole already...as for making her lose the baby you CAN be charged with murder for it (don't believe me check the lacey peterson trial, he was accused of a double murder, but he only "killed" his wife, she was pregnant so they counted the baby as a murder) there's nothing you really can do....it's more her choice of whether she keeps the baby or not, and whether she makes you pay the price for it. just hope and pray she isn't cuz it's 18 year road to hell without death....on the other hand tho, alot of girls say they're pregnant for any multitude of reasons (my ex tried to say i got her pregnant when i had wore a condom AND i had just stuck it in when i saw her grimmace in pain and asked her if she wants me to stop, which she did..and that was the only time we had "sex" or got my penis anywhere near her, later on she told my wife that she had been pregnant by me) including wanting the attention. or they think they are pregnant because they are a few days late on their period and/or they want to be. personally if you only did her once, with a condom and it didn't break chances are she isn't....but the more you had sex, the more the chances she is grows. she can only carry on for a couple of months of it before it's even able to be proven or it comes out she was lying.... just wait it out...cuz there really is nothing you can do....except expect the worse, that way if it don't happen you'll feel that wonderful relief, and if it does you'll have been expecting it and it won't feel quite as bad.
