I don't know, I am a smoker and actually am in favor of the ban. I find eating in a place where smoking is allowed disgusting. This wouldnt apply to clubs and pubs that dont serve food so who cares? Good for them. I will be making my second attempt to quit smoking those nasty things on November 1st.
The smoke doesn't disgust me half as much as the thought of some dumb ass spitting on my burger! VERY COMMON!!!Quote:

Whats a gazzeebo?
If you don't like eating in places where smoking is allowed, don't eat there. If some people want to smoke and eat at the same restaurant, why should that be illegal?
I myself hate tobacco. I hate the smell of it. I can't stand the smoke. But I'm not going to stop other people from running restaurants where smokers can smoke.
I am sure i spelled that wrong, but its like an enclosed porch that is in the corner of our backyard with a screen and table and chairs and shit like that. Don't ask me why she wanted it but it turned out pretty nice.
i quit smoking over 6 months ago...but i still think people should be allowed, and that should be up to the business owner, not the government...i guess giant overbearing government is conservative?Quote:
