how long have u been flowering
now that i look no ur not even close thats the start of flowering
yes do not harvest you will get a lot more bud and it will get ALOT more potent also that purple strain kinda looks like Purple Passion a very nice dominant sativa strain and the light green looks like a kush varieity with a dominant indica strain what this means is youve got two different speiceis of cannabis the sativa will give you a light fuzzy euphoric almost giggly high  and the indica will give a down very relaxed "couchlock" high :stoned:
i'd say wait another 2 or 3 weeks water every 2 days with a full bottle of water um in two weeks take a close look at the buds and c if ne progress has happend if it has keep growing for another week then harvest if nothing happens in two weeks harvest it rite away b4 it dies off
they were both supposed to be hollands hope, was told irelands climate changed on to a purple colour. can a plant have female and male parts as i think i spotted a few on them male parts.
sure they can if u put two seeds rite next to eachother it could of been a male and a female seed
SO THAT IS BAD NEWS THEN?
Male and female parts on one plant = hermaphrodite. The yield will suffer and the buds will be full of seeds. Yes, this is usually considered "bad news".
the only thing i can tell you is you must check them everyday (late mornings is best) and remove ALL male flowers....this will help keep them from filling the buds with seeds...also, i would recommend tossing any seeds that you do get from this crop as they all have an increased potential to "turn" on you if you do grow them, thus ruining another year's harvest. good luck, you've got some really nice plants there-can't wait to hear how they smoke!
