Not 100 percent sure if Salviaworld.com delivers WITHOUT credit card. Jump on over there and check em out.
They shit it in a little brown manilla folder very discreet and free if you get the 4g 15x and 4g 20x package. That's what I got. I have enough to last me for a lifetime.
