too expensive...nice ballast box...you do not want that big deep reflector(extra heat)
try bghydro...buy ballast kit 50-70 bucks...buy vented ballast box ballast 25 bucks...
agrosun bulb or sunmaster warm deluxe.(same bulb made for different retailers) I love this bulb 70 bucks....misc wire, flex cable, and boxes, wire nuts, connectors, and plugs.
...Bghydro will even walk you through the wiring...or you can copy: build your own light in growfaqs...this light and 2-3 hours of your time and you will have a high-quality ballast, and a nice light set-up...for under 200 bucks (well under).Imho

That's a little pricy for only 400w. You can get one on eBay for around 100 bucks if you look around.
