They canceled them because of something someone MIGHT have been going to say? Yeah, that's pretty sad, but I can't see how it has anything to do with veterans. Sounds like they have too much time on their hands.
Hrmm. Well, veteran's day has historically been a day for us to express our gratitude to those who have fought while enlisted in the American Armed Forces. It would be a shame to see it used as a platform to promote a political agenda. That's rather like announcing that you want a divorce at your kid's brthday party. All in all, it's a damn shame that they have to cancel the ceremonies because they can't get their shit together.
