Sorry I dont know much about tieing down, but I would like to say that you have a nice healthy looking plant there. Hope you find the answers your looking for ;-)
Tying down is idealy done during the plant's veg stage. or right before flowering...
Being over 2 weeks into flowering, your plant won't grow much more in size..mainly fatten up like a mother.
I would actually suggest a slow fan leaf prune. Meaning... taking off a fan leaf every few days.
you won't need to take many, nor do you want to. I'd lose 3 or 4 of those fan leaves over then next week. It'll delay the flowering by about a week .. but in the end your secondary growth will have a higher yield.
As for which leaves to prune? I leave that to you.. you can probably tell that alot easier than any of us.
Don't take off the fan's at the top...more near the middle to open the lower branches.
This ..of course ..is mearly a suggestion :)
I'm now day 6 into 12/12 and i've tied down the tops to pen the secondary.
time it right, and you can have a plant with some big assed buds.
Try looking into LST (low stress training) for your next grow.
