OK my friend and dealer was killed 6 months ago by a DRUNK DRIVING @SS HOLE. Today is sentencing day im going down there to tell the judge what he has done by killing my friend and a few other things. i hope he gets raped every day he is alive. Ill let you know what he get's hope it DEATH.When i die i wont to go to hell so i can do unspeakable things that would make the devil himself say"DAAAAAM THAT WAS UNCALLED FOR" to that DRUNK DRIVING @SS HOLE.
i feel your pain and anger man a good friend of mine was killed by a DD and the worst park was that my fire company responded talk about feeling helpless...the car was on fire and he was trapped in back by the seat belt....the other bad part was i knew the DD he was a friends farther...life just fuckin sucks sometimes man but i hope for you and everyone else that lost someone to a DD that this man gets his just derserved

whoever the fuck is dumb enough to drive drunk doesnt really deserve their life.
yea i'm not trying to get in a pitty contest...more to give you an idea of what's going to happen. both are true...only one is set yet the other hasn't even started trial yet (more than a year later)
1. my aunt was driving drunk, got in a accident and killed a family of a married couple and 2 kids....got a sentence of 15 years (think it was involuntary man slaughter)
2. my brother was murdered....(not proven yet but in cold bloood) his killler no matter what his charge is going to get a max sentence of 30 years (even if he never sees paraole..he will spend a max of 30 years in prison and no more by any means no matter how bad the jury finds him guilty..30 years...) so you can probably stop hoping for the best (tho he was only (and i use this term lightly, doesn't need to be family to be close) a friend a dealer, due justice will probably never be served....please dont' get mad at me or take your anger out on me...i'm just trying to give you an idea of what to expect....if it were up to me i'd lock up every drunk driver...because alcohol does something toyou inside...maeks you not give a fuck but to seek means for your own personal needs, or atleast that's what i've experienced in my family......good luck and if it were up to me i'd senetence him to life (no person that killls another person unless in self defense DESERVES death...why let them out so easy? i'd rather them spend the rest of their life in prison without parole suffering the hell only a prison can offer and not even hell can (if hell is real)
oh yea and dont' spend the rest of your life harping on the fact that the innocents of the DD accidents die, but the drunks live through it, usually without any harm...cuz i can almost tell you it will lead you down a life of hatred, you can't balance life...no matter how much you try....no matter how many injustices you see....some people just get to fuck up everyone else's lifes and walk away forever without suffering so much as even a traffic ticket...life is unfair, but if you spend the rest of your life hating....you will miss all the beauty that it does have to offer....if you need someone to talk to, lemme know cuz i know life from both sides of the fences....being the family of the innocent and the guilty....and i've taken my lessons and always been more of the learner...instead of the questioner. so if you need to talk leave your s/n (due to stupid ass aol porn spammers i had to ban anyone not on my bl...but i'll gladly add you if you need to talk...i know how much talking can help in a situation like this.)
yea yea man i know what you mean. im not crazy i dont yell at people when they drink you know,I drink myself jsut RESPONSIBLY. its their choice if they wanna drive drunk but they are gonna pay the conciquences and will have to live with the fact that they killed someone.
I was too young to really take too much of an effect from him dying, but my mom is so obviously effected by it every day. it happened on her birthday 12 days before i was born. probably one of the worst times a husband could die.
yea no pity intended i just wish drunk drivers could see what they do to people. like i said i need no pity because i have known my step dad all my life and he is basically my dad, i jsut feel shitty that my mom had to go though that.
