you are asking people PUBLICLY to CONTRIBUTE TO THE DELIQUENCY OF A MINOR. As if it were not enough of a risk to ask a stranger to risk sending you beans... Then the whole teen thing. If you are legit, then you screwed yourself. If not, well then you must be a rookie cop.

I don't know, I think cops would be a little more discreet and try to fit in just like anyone else to catch someone, then again I could be wrong. But he is kinda askin for trouble, you never know if you are going to get duped or have the wrong person on the other end of the screen you do it this way. Course it may just be the paranoia, lol.
