What's the best method to crush the extended relases outer membranes of these pills? I tried to flatten it out in the pill coating, with a weight, but not all the beads popped and just the outside coating wore off and cracked. These things scatter all over the place too, like little fucking marbles, and it's a bitch to scoop em together again.

Use a razor blade to split it in half, i think thats the best way.
pull the outer shell off from the inner shell. then all the beads will be out. put a piece of paper over them, and then run a lighter over it.
You mean crush them with the lighter, right? Certainly not use the flame :)

Running a lighter over them...these beads are quite difficult to pop, that doesn't work well.
I need something else, more accurate.

Just a warning, I was prescribed to adderall for a year and they messed me up. I can never blame a drug entirely for my behavior, but I will say they seriously messed me up psychologically. I felt I had to have them, and when I did my thoughts and actions were bad news. I even ran out when in college and felt suicidal for the first time in my life, meaning serious enough to do it. I donā??t know, use once in a while but be careful.
