theres a couple bong stores in baltimore. theres one called For Play i go there a lot they got gooood shit
just try to find a head shop...if there isnt one, then the internet if full of em...or you can always juust buy from soemone who has one...used bong n all that...
The sale of bong or even tobacco water pipes in VA is illegal, even on the internet (just ask Tommy Chong and anyone else who got caught up in operation pipe dream), so you'll have to go out of state. I know that they sell them in MD, NC & WV
