I think all sites require you to be 18, no matter where it's shipped to. Unless you're talking about a local headshop.. then I have no idea. Why don't you just try to buy one? It's not like they'll arrest you or anything...
yeah i was gonna go teh headshop but the thing is i live in a shit town and the only place i could get one is an hours drive away :( i dont wana go up there and come back emptyhanded :P
and besides....i cant drive anyway

well i was thinkin i could get mum to drive me up there and see a movie with a mate. ( i go to school in the town i wana get a pipe/bong from :)) so i think i mite buy a pipe/bong and get my friend to take it home and give it to me at school or somethin.
