Request for info?

I am looking right now and having a hard time locating, this is extremely important and any help would be much appreciated. I need the laws in California concerning Death threats. As in what constitutes a death threat, punishments, etc etc

Btw, sorry I don't know much about Cali laws, but a death threat constitutes of any threat on a person's life. Usually there has to be clear intent that a person intended to scare another whether they act on it or not.

Wishing someone is dead is not a threat. A threat would be writing a letter that has a clear enough intent that you or others conveyed the threat to the person whether you mention kill, death etc. or not.
