Bad THC?

Ok so i recently had a freind who has been chcked into a mental hospital because he freaked out. Now this kid is one of those good kids who doesnt do drugs all he does is smoek weed occationaly. He showed me this weed he had and asked me to smell it it had a funny chemical smell to it. I said well i woudl smoek it and see what happenes, thats what i woudl ahve done. SO i think he smoekd it and ahd a realy bad reaction. The weed was not laced with anything, it was grown, picked then sold as a freshbud to him. I was there for the transaction. I was wondering if weed is not properly kept, or dryed out after a few days it it posible for the THC to go bad, or some chemical reation to happen with the THC, and when smoekd can be bad. Anyone ever herd of anythgin liek this? Or know if anyother chemicals can derive off of THC?

yeah i dident thin it woudl be, btu hes been saying something about how he saw peoep had labels on them, but he never labeled people. Also his paretns told me they started noticing on friday night he was saying werid things. But he waent freaking out, he was normal and compliant jsut saying werid things. I dunno if anyone has ever had something liek this perhaps with acid, or PCP, or any phycoative drug plz tell me.

well, i dont know if it helps but my friend had some bud that was laced w/ angel dust and he didnt know what it was, and we was actin all weird the next 2 days after he smoked it. and he only smoked like a dime.

Well, if it had a chemical smell to it, it probably was laced with something. Most often PCP, coke usually doesn't make people go insane.

If it had a chemical smell to it, it was most likely laced with PCP. Or, your friend could just have some latent psychosic problems. Marijuana can make then psychotic problems visible in people when they smoke it.

Could have been mold for all we can speculate. Did they give him a toxicology test?

Weed that isn't ready to be harvested can mess one up pretty badly, but I would imagine it would be more just vomiting and headaches and stuff, not that level of psychoactive effects. That sounds like PCP, but I've never had it, so I don't really know.
