how to drill through ceramics

I have many ceramic bong shaped jars, but i cannot find a way to drill through them without shattering them, if anyone KNOWS how to, please tell me. :confused:

Use a drill bit thats meant for drilling tiles, put a piece of electricians tape over the drilling mark and drill slowly (variable speed drill if poss).

Let me know if it works, if it keeps fucking up it means your either drilling to fast or putting to much pressure on it
