Light Bulb Vaporizer

does anyone know if you just put the flame on the outside of the light bulb or how you light it... and is this a practicle way to smoke inside a dorm room???

outside, slighty touch the flame to the glass... like just the part that cruves on a Bic flame.

no dont touch the bottom of the bulb to the flame, it will burn and smell bad, hold the flame about .5 inches away from the bottom of the bulb, and take it off when hte buble fills wiht vapor. lightbulb vaporizres rock and thers no smell. i love them

Vaporizing pot still smells like pot and do you guys realize how many other chemicals you're getting with that (even the clear bulbs)? Do yourselves a favor and build a doob tube (TP tube with dryer sheets in it), put a fan in the window and invest in some Ozium. You might also consider smoking in the bathroom (unless you have common bathrooms), they usually have industrial vents in there (might need to be cleaned), feel if the air is coming in under the door. I know it's a hassle but your lungs (and your brain) will thank you!

I'm well acquainted with the spoof aka doob tube. I'm not worried about the smell, just curious about the benefits of a vaporizer. I didn't see this mentioned on the vape construction tutorial, but don't you need to also scrape something out of the inside of the lightbulb to make it safe for use? That's something I'm worried about too. I preach dangers of aluminum to friends, so why corrupt my lungs with something else? I need to do more research.

Yes aluminum too, and there is no way to get all of the crap out of a light bulb. Hell you might get a stray piece of glass from where you bashed in the end of the bulb. It's just not safe to put flame to treated glass and inhale the result. It's probably not in the how-to because: a. They don't know about it OR b. They just don't care. Allot of people look at it like they're already fucking up their lungs what damage could it do?

lol yeah. People will always be fucking themselves up because of false information and what not. There must be hundreds of anti-aluminum posts on this website. I know I've seen quite a few.
