Wow..another case of if they can't control it and tax it you can't have it.
I wouldnt worry about it too mouch.... If you can grow, possess, cultivate, etc. then its almost impossible to get caught using it. It doesnt stay in your body so they cant test for it, and it only last for a few minutes, plus the user shouldnt be around a lot of people, but more in a secluded area. I doubt the law will have any effect. I was watching a show about all the bullshit laws.... for example, in a little town in Illionois, it was illegal to kiss in public if you have a mustache. I'm getting out of the U.S. when i'm 18, there's so much more too see!
