How did you tell your parents you smoke/how did they find out and how did they react?

I haven't told my mom yet, I don't know why I'm afraid to since she does it everyday and even leaves her stash out in the open.

if she leves it out she wants you to talk to her about it...well how old are you?.maybe she htinks ur to young to nkow what it is

One day my dad said he saw my "dope" pictures in my old room (I had moved out) and asked if I smoked weed. I was like yeah I do and it's mostly because you stress me out. I was already 18 and not lliving at home so it really didn't matter.

I was the highest I had ever been when I got caught...my mom was at my aunts where I was sitting on the couch totaly stoned outta my mind....I don't remember what all she said but I left becuase she was bad mouthing my real dad.....

I got arrested for possession. Didn't go down too well.

My dad found out when I called up my friend to score a dimebag off of him. But my friend, being a dumbass, had his speaker phone on, and his mom overheard. So she bitched at him. And then she called my dad, because I've known this kid for a really long time. And she told him, and then he had a talk with me... said don't do it, and that was about it. I know he doesn't care, because he does it too.

LOL thats what i said when my mum found out about 3 yrs ago. she said 'are your smoking dope in there?'' i said ''yeah cos its the only way to block out your mouning :D

i got cought last year (i was 14) and my mom freaked out.
she found a bit of hash i left in my room.

i got cought again a few weeks ago but she wasnt too surprized, she knows what im like
im a mellow fellow. :)

I told my mom (I tell my parents everything, we have a great relationship, I'm very lucky) like this.

Me: Hey Mom, I want to tell you something.
Mom: You smoked pot didn't you?
(This came randomly out of the blue and kind of caught me off guard)
Me: Umm.. yep. Just wanted to let you know.
Mom: Well you know I don't like it, but just be careful, don't let it screw your life up, and don't get in trouble because of it.
Me: Thanks Mom, I love you.
Mom: I love you too.

My Mom's the coolest. She actually confessed to me a couple weeks ago she still smokes every now and then.. I was like... you've got to be fucking kidding me.. my Mom smokes reefer? So I asked her if she would want to smoke out sometime and she said sure. So whenever I get some more we're going to get stoned together. Ahhh quality bonding time. :D

Oh, and by the way I'm 18, in college, and living on my own.
