i dont think they can take ur kid for having weed in your system
i dont think somone can just come and drug test you
If your underthe influence in a ba dway they can, they can't find said weed without a warrant, they also can't make you give a fluid test without a court order, unless ur driving under the influence, or really stoned stupid when they are there , if u are they can take ur kids imediatly

No, they can't take your child simply for having marijuana in your system. I had a few friends go through a divorce a while back and things got really nasty. Each was calling the other a junkie(crank, heroin) and an unfit parent so they both had tests to show that they were clean. Although no crank or heroin was found in their system both tested positve for marijuana. All this was brought out in court. Nothing was ever said about taking the kid away because of the weed and they ended up with joint custody.
Then again, if the Dept of Family Services has a file on you that's a foot thick and your a known user of hard drugs, I wouldn't be surprised if finding marijuna in your system was the last straw
dont let them in, until they have a warrant
