Whats the best way to store seeds??

Where and in what can I store seeds so that they dont become a waste. How long are they good for?

Also, are fluorescent lights cheap or no to grow indoors?

You use an airtight dark container with a few grains of rice and you can store them in the butter part of a refrigerator for several years.
