The best prices I could find are $20.00 (x10-OUT OF STOCK,go figure) on Heavan's Stairway @ www.hempqc.co , and 34.62 (x15-IN STOCK!!) at High-Land @ www.high-land.co.uk. Take a look at this strain, and a hundred others, on www.overgrow.com and I think you can see you'll get your money's worth! Both sites are pretty good but you might want to take a look a Nirvana's site (w/ strainguide program! :p ) too @ www.nirvana-shop.com in case you broke my super secret code in post #1. As far as ordering I'd shop online and mail a postal money order to whoever. Make sure the name on the money order matches your name on the order/mailing address just to keep things simple.
