N2 or anyone with info on temp strips

Guys, I am going to throw something out there regarding the sub method for UA: would it be possible to attach a temp strip to the outside of the mini shampoo bottle to gauge the temp of the contents. It just seems like an easier and more convenient temp indicator than the digital thermometer. What do you guys think of the efficacy of this method and does anyone know if the strips have adhesive properties.
